If you are unsure of which unit is best for your needs, please contact us before placing an order. Hard water levels vary from area to area and may need testing or a custom package to ensure the best quality water.

If you are on well water, third party testing will need to be completed prior to determining which system is needed.

There are no returns once a unit is installed. Refunds are on a case by case basis. Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee and return freight cost.

If you receive an error when placing your order and inputting your shipping address, you may be outside of our standard freight zone and in need of a custom quote.
